First2Care engaged me to write articles to engage their three primary audiences - NDIS participants (and their families), support workers, and registered providers. I've enjoyed trying on a more journalistic approach than my usual content and blog writing. And I've loved being able to unpack some complex issues and talk about them in a simple way, while finding opportunities to talk about First2Care's app to encourage more sign-ups.
