What's your average turnaround time?
It depends. I tend to book out 4-6 weeks in advance for one-off projects. But if you book in for regular blog content (and we agree on a schedule), I’ll make sure I set aside time for your projects. If you have an urgent deadline, please let me know right away. If I can’t help you, I’ll hook you up with another writer who can.
Where are you based?
I’m a copywriter in Australia (Brisbane!). I work from my home office, so I do all my meetings over the phone or Zoom. That means we can work together no matter where your company is based.
Do you write unique content?
Yes. I base my content writing on your unique story and approach. Even when I research and reference external sources, I never copy and paste other people’s content.
Do you use AI to write content?
I’m a human writer that creates content and website experiences for humans. And just like I use a bunch of other tools in my business (most of which clients never see), I do use AI/LLM tools from time to time to help with research, idea generation, and data analysis. It helps speed up some tedious manual tasks so I can get to the good part (drafting) much sooner. However, I never copy-paste content from these tools and claim it as my own (for all sorts of reasons!).

Who owns the copyright?
Once you have paid for and received your completed content, it is yours to do with as you wish.
What businesses and industries can you write for?
I specialise in B2B content writing, but I’ve written for a wide range of businesses and industries. So even if you’re not B2B, I might be able to help you. Exceptions include adult content, content that does not fit with my beliefs and ethics, etc. I reserve the right to refuse, refund, and cancel orders that are not a good fit.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. I offer two drafts with most projects. Usually due to my detailed briefing process, I find that we’re 99% on track after the first draft, though. At the end of the day, I will work until you are 100% thrilled with the finished product or find another suitable solution.
Do you post the content for me?
Not officially, though I do offer this for a couple of my clients with WordPress sites. If this is something you’re interested in, please let me know. I’m happy to collaborate with your team to manage this process, as well.
Can you write other stuff too?
Yes! I regularly write website copy, email marketing copy, eBooks, lead magnets, case studies, whitepapers, and other types of content. If you’re not sure, just ask.
