About the Project
An agency reached out to me for freelance copywriting support for one of their clients — Mackay Goodwin, corporate debt and insolvency specialists. They wanted help with rewriting an eBook, updating it to fit their new brand positioning and content strategy. Plus, LinkedIn posts to promote the eBook and landing page copy to help with lead generation.
The Work
The timing of this project was in mid-2020, and in each piece, we were trying to speak to how a lot of businesses were feeling at that time. Uncertain, worried about the future, and looking for ways to get back on track after a very disruptive couple of months. I tried to keep the copy focused on positives, having options, building trust, and helping the reader feel reassured and comfortable.
