About the Project
Risk Insights (now called Confident Decisions) were a team of risk consultants with a focus on data. They approached me via my other business (The Digital Brew) for a website refresh as part of a government grant.
Before we were able to refresh the design, we needed to get the copy right. They needed to make the site much clearer on what they do, who they do it for, and who they are.
The Goal
The goal was to drive new business and increase website conversions with a well-designed and written site, with content optimised for SEO.
The Work
I started by creating a tagline and USP that helped to connect and unify their four services, and developing clear messaging for the brand. I also completed detailed keyword research, sourcing keywords that were relevant, achievable, and had good volumes — and used these keywords throughout the copy.
I created detailed content for each of the services, with the goal of giving clients the info they need upfront to determine if the company would be a good fit for their needs. I also worked to build trust by sharing more of the story behind the brand, along with some client success stories (while maintaining their privacy).
