I know how hard it can be to find the time to blog consistently for your business. I’ve been there and I’ve seen the struggle for many of my clients. So today, I want to share with you some of my most successful techniques to creating blog posts faster, without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
We’re officially in the Age of Content. If you’re a consumer, you can expect to see X number of brand posts online before you even get out of bed. Most of them will be variations of something you’ve seen before…
I’m sure you feel as though your reasons for not blogging are perfectly valid. But the more you keep repeating excuses to yourself, the longer it’s going to take you to come around to the realisation that blogging is not optional in business. And that means you’re going to have way more catch up to do than if, say, you decided today to stop making excuses and start blogging.
When you’re a small business, you often have two problems... not a lot of money to go around, and not much time to manage your online/content marketing. Over the last few years, I’ve tried loads of different tools (both paid and free) and have settled on a few favourites that are cost-free and could save you HEAPS of time. Perfect for a busy entrepreneur.
So, the funny thing is, I’m pretty sure the term “content marketing” was basically unheard of until around 2012. I checked Google trends, and until that year, it was barely mentioned. The term content marketing seemed to peak in early 2016 and has pretty much stayed up there since.
